What is the dress code?
Wedding is Black Tie Optional
and the Welcome party on Saturday night is casual.
Is there transportation to/from the venue?
Yes, we will have bus transportation from both hotels to and from the venue with multiple departure times. If needed, ride share services/taxis are also available in the area.
What time does the shuttle service leave for the wedding venue?
The shuttle to the wedding departs from the Hilton Garden Inn at 4:00 PM & Courtyard Marriot at 4:10 PM.
What time is shuttle available at the end of the wedding.
Shuttles home begin at 11:00 PM & will be every half hour until 1:00 AM. Shuttles will drop guests off at both host hotels.
Is there parking available at the wedding venue?
Yes, you can take your own car to the venue, which will offer valet and parking lot.
Can I bring a plus one?
Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear as guest on your invitation.
